Return Policy

At Avy Hair, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If for any reason your item is not suitable, you may request a return within a limited time, provided the product remains in its original condition.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions below to qualify for a refund.

Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  1. Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  2. Have lace uncut and untrimmed.
  3. Be free from odors, oils, makeup, sweat or styling products.
  4. Be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  5. Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be accepted for return:

  1. Items that have been worn, tried on, washed, styled or otherwise altered.
  2. Any product where the lace has been cut or trimmed.
  3. Items showing residue, scents or visible signs of wear.
  4. Custom-made orders, including custom colors, custom cuts or special sizing.
  5. Clearance or final-sale items.
  6. Wholesale orders, unless there is a significant quality issue.

Items that do not meet the return criteria will be shipped back to the customer.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Prepaid return labels are not provided. There is no restocking fee.

Avy Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number for reference.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

  1. Inspection and processing time is typically 3–5 business days from the date the return package is received.
  2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. If the item is returned untouched and uncut, the refund may be processed faster.

How to Start a Return

  1. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. Photos of the item are recommended.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and the correct return address based on your location.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable service and keep your proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process the refund if approved.

Packages sent without prior approval may be refused.
