Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $199.

Please note that some destinations may be classified by carriers as remote or extended delivery areas. In such cases, a remote area surcharge of $50 may apply.

If your address falls within a remote area, we will notify you before shipment for confirmation.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted international carriers such as DHL or FedEx, depending on destination, package size, and carrier availability.

Please note: Express carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Time

Item processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order before shipment.

After receiving your order, each item undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure product quality. Processing time varies depending on the product and stock status.

Once processing is complete, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Shipping Time

Please be aware that delivery times may be affected during major Chinese public holidays, including:

  • Chinese Lunar New Year (usually February)
  • Labor Day (May 1st)
  • Chinese National Day (October 1st)

During these periods, processing and shipping may be delayed by 3–5 business days or longer due to limited operations from suppliers and logistics providers.
